CONCLUSION
Simply stated… the market for 2014 is off to a roaring start. I anticipate the spring market to begin earlier than late March, whether we see the daffodils sprouting or not. Buyers are anxious to get in or move up and want to do that while the mortgage rates are at the low levels of today. Some even forecast rates coming down the pipes below 3% on a five year term.
