- In past years, we’ve seen passive summer markets. This year, with so few listings and such high demand, we’ll likely see many successful sellers.
WHAT I’D LIKE TO SEE MOVING FORWARD
- I’d like to see a busy summer where a good number of properties come to market.
- Buyers need to be persistent. It often takes between one to two years of bidding before you land the right home. Keep the faith!
