In a Nut Shell

  1. The market activity for August has come to a grinding halt. Don’t worry, this is historically the slowest month.
  2. The listings that haven’t yet sold, may present a good buying opportunity if you can pull yourself away from the pool!

 

What I’m forecasting for the fall market

  1. Expect a very robust few months.
  2. This will continue to be a Seller’s market, with land and inventory becoming increasingly harder to come by.
  3. My buyers tell me they’re gearing up for the search in September.
  4. The market needs more houses if we hope to calm the bidding war frenzy. Brace yourselves for a repeat of the spring market. Expect strong price growth for the remainder of the year.
