What I’m forecasting for the fall market
- Expect a very robust few months.
- This will continue to be a Seller’s market, with land and inventory becoming increasingly harder to come by.
- My buyers tell me they’re gearing up for the search in September.
- The market needs more houses if we hope to calm the bidding war frenzy. Brace yourselves for a repeat of the spring market. Expect strong price growth for the remainder of the year.
