This year was very similar to the past few. Despite current events and the global economy, Toronto’s residential real estate market has stayed strong. Good properties that were priced right sold quickly, often with multiple offers. It certainly seems that history continues to repeat itself every year. Given that demand is showing no sign of letting up, I certainly don’t see an end it sight.
For now let’s celebrate the holiday season and perhaps wish for just a little of the white stuff to make it feel a bit like winter.
