- The market continues to show sizeable increases in price
- Demand still outstrips supply, hence the price increases
- The market is showing no signs of slowing down
WHAT I’D LIKE TO SEE MOVING FORWARD
- I’ve said it before….a more balanced market. By this, I mean more listings and/or fewer buyers.
- Buyers leaving emotion out of the bidding process. It saddens me to see people spend more than they can comfortably afford on a home.
