- The number of active buyers have declined as summer holidays take over.
- The listings that haven’t sold and are sitting, may present a good buying opportunity if you can pull yourself away from the pool!
WHAT I’D LIKE TO SEE
- Interest rates remaining where they are – NO further reduction. Why? The market is already robust enough, and lower interest rates will only spur more aggressive bidding wars.
