Seaton Village is a centrally located family and oriented neighbourhood. The area is primarily semi-detached single family homes dating back to 1900s, most of which are solid brick construction or at least a brick facade. During the time of construction, trees were planted alongside. Most still remain which contributes to the small town feel, all while being situated in a busy part of the city. In the mood for shopping, you are surrounded by a vibrant shopping area known as Koreatown. From Karaoke bars, restaurants, or food and gifts, you are covered. Bathurst Street is also close by if you prefer a more quieter, residential tone. Vermont Square is near the centre of the Village, home to a revamped kids playground, off-leash dog park, the St.Albans Boys and Girls club, and the Bill Bolton hockey arena. In addition to Vermont Square Park, you can also enjoy Christie Pits Park.
