Heads Up ~ A Look At Coffered Ceilings

By December 5, 2014Uncategorized

Coffered ceilings refer to a series of square-shaped sunken ceiling panels. They add a lovely sense of luxury and depth to a room. Traditionally used in libraries and dining rooms, coffered ceilings are now found in most any room in a house. Recessed lighting hidden in the panels is a beautiful technique. We’re also loving mixing combinations of colour and texture, even mirrors into a coffered ceiling. Monochromatic versions are gorgeous too. Sometimes it does us all good to change our perspective and take a different view of things. So for today, look up!
